The Hipsters are hailed as one of the most unique and entertaining musical acts in Las Vegas.
With traditional instrumentation (stand up bass, drums and guitar) the Hipsters are anything but that. They take their audience on a musical journey that blends Classic Pop, Country, Rock, Jazz and Surf Music. It’s a tongue in cheek trip that is backed by some of the best talent anywhere.
The Hipsters are comprised of seasoned and dynamic performers who take pride in surprising their audiences by being able to go any direction they dictate. “We can come in with a prepared setlist or we can take requests all night” says front-man and guitar virtuoso Michael Ellis.
The band and it’s members have performed and recorded with an ecletic mix of recording artists including Connie Stevens, Marty Stuart, Badfinger, X, and The Beau Brummels.
